boutique villas, from the attention to detail, to
the big picture.
Of course, the facts can't give you that unique
elysian experience everyone is falling in love with.
You'll have to come and experience that for
yourself.
Our aim is to focus on "the experience of staying"
to make every experience positive and pleasurable
whether it's a romantic dinner, spoiling yourself
from the spa, borrowing a pre loaded ipod or simply
chilling out in your villa, with a signature
cocktail we want the experience to be special.
Location
the elysian is ideally located in the heart of
Seminyak, two minutes from famous Petitenget beach,
world class restaurants, shops & nightspots. We are
approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
Design
The design of the elysian captures a modern Asian
look, whilst introducing a contemporary ambience and
sense of style. Stylish and comfortable it's about
elegance without ego.
A great deal of thought and planning has gone into
creating a property and villas to offer our guests
something refreshingly different. The Villas
26 private pool villas are generously sized at 140
square meters with 70 square meters of indoor space
and 70 square meters outdoors. All villas feature
the following:
Bedroom
Featuring either built in king or twin beds using
the finest King Koil mattresses and linens, both
goose down and dacron foam pillows are available. A
free standing room divider conceals a television
facing the bed, the other side is a double wardrobe
which faces two full height sliding mirrored doors
to the bathroom. The bedroom opens directly onto the
sun deck and pool through 3 meter high sliding glass
doors.
Living Space
The living area is open plan and accommodates a
dining table and bar area complete with a fridge and
kitchenware to make entertaining easy.
The lounge area has two daybeds facing the pool and
sundeck, oversized windows fold back to open the
lounge to the outside. The daybeds easily convert to
additional beds for children at night, a coffee
table and ottoman completes the lounge.
A console table with built in ice bucket, with plug
in broad band internet ports and sound dock speakers
for ipods doubles as a writing desk. Vibrant artwork
and objects adorn the living and resting areas.
Bathroom
Step down into an over sized sunken bath and shower,
with a natural skylight. Special bathroom amenities
soaps, shampoos and lotions are included, with plush
towels and waffle weave bathrobe and slippers. The
bathroom has a second wardrobe, separate toilet,
stone-topped vanity and make up mirror.
Sundeck & Pool
Each villa has an 8 x 3 meter pool bordered on two
sides by lush gardens and a timber sundeck. A
shallow swim-out runs below the lounge window under
an overhanging roof, a perfect place to lay semi
submerged to sit and read, or sunbathe.
The deck which naturally aged, accommodates two sun
loungers and is fringed by frangipani or coral tree
to offer an exotic touch.
Climate Control
Our villa bedrooms and lounges are both air
conditioned with ceiling fans so they can be enjoyed
fully open and fan cooled during the day, or
enclosed and air conditioned at night. High
ceilings, landscaping and natural materials have all
been planned for cool comfort.
Gadgets & Communication
Each villa has television connected to cable
television with over 40 channels, DVD player,
wireless broadband internet, sound docks (pre loaded
Nano iPods) and IDD telephones, a range of the
latest movies, play-stations with games are also
available. Laptops can also be booked to your villa.
Privacy
Each villa sits in its own walled garden entrance. A
'Peace Please' sign ensures you are left to complete
privacy.
Club House
The clubhouse located in the center of the property
is an interesting blend of traditional and
contemporary design, clad in a natural timber screen
it houses the public areas of the boutique villas
including:
Reception
An open pavilion surrounded by water provides a cool
welcome to the elysian. A lounge area features
wireless internet terminals and leads through to a
sun terrace which overlooks the main pool and
captures the last rays of sunset, perfect for a
quiet sundowner.
Library
Opening off of the terrace is the air conditioned
library which can also be used as a meeting room or
private dining room for up to 12 people. We can
arrange for projectors, screens, white boards and
other equipment as required and will tailor our
service to meet your business requirements.
Spa & Massage
Next to the sun terrace on the upper level are two
spa and massage rooms each equipped with spa baths,
massage bench and showers where guests can enjoy a
range of traditional relaxing treatments.
the elysian spa is a place to regain your inner
balance, pamper calm and nurture. Our range of
treatments have been specially created to address
the pressures of today's lifestyle, the combination
of traditional techniques, natural products and the
peaceful nature of our Balinese therapists will help
you shed your stress and heal.
Rush Bamboo Poolside Restaurant & Bar
the rush bamboo restaurant and bar has been designed
as a comfortable and cool place to enjoy long
leisurely meals, snooze in a linen covered bale or
sip on chilled cocktails after a day at the beach.
Located poolside the restaurant also features
wireless internet connection by the main pool
terrace.
The menus and drink lists focus on the use of the
freshest available ingredients, sourced from local
organic farms and imported products. Freshly grilled
seafood and meats, main course salads, open faced
sandwiches and sinful desserts make for
mouthwatering dining from 7am -11 pm. A private in
villa dining menu is offered 24 hours a day.
The 25 meter pool runs the length of the restaurant
ending in a water fall above which sits a Balinese
temple. Five linen draped cabanas sit on the
opposite side of the pool from the restaurant which
can be used as private dining pavilions, for
barbeque parties or mini stages for dance and music
performances.
Rates
Low Season $250++
High and Peak Season (16th July - 31 st August and
20th Dec - 5th January) $300++ Rates are in United
States dollars and subject to prevailing 21 %
government tax and service charges.

Children
Up to two children receive complimentary
accommodation in their parent's villa using the day
beds, however an additional charge for breakfast
will be made, and if more than one vehicle is
required for airport transfers the second car will
be charged. Children's menus, baby sitters and other
specials are available including PS2's which can be
arranged at the front office.
